I found the staff helpful, especially with directions (they know the area well!). the location is perfect for exploring the city. i loved the free water bottles. They were a lifesaver after long walks. breakfast was great (the coffee selection was surprisingly good!).

the staff was quite wonderful.
The room felt quite small. i noticed a distinct lack of robes or slippers. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, that was disappointing! also, the noise from the street was nearly unbearable. It made sleep difficult.

The location is excellent. it is about a five-minute walk to the train station. trams are just outside the hotel. That is a one-minute walk. i got the room i requested. water bottles and tea and coffee are available 24 hours.
the room was a bit hot, even with nothing running. the air felt stagnant and humid from the bathroom. we had to open the windows to get air.

the reception staff are friendly, courteous, and efficient. aziz at the front desk and esther were both helpful. other staff at the front desk were very polite.
